CSR Assessment & Ratings  

Our long-term efforts to be a responsible citizen company have been recognized by external and independent agencies, including ratings and assessments by S&P Global, ISS and ISS ESG (formerly Oekom Research), EcoVadis, Vigeo Eiris (Moody’s ESG Solutions) and Gaïa Research (Ethifinance).

S&P Global 

For its first year of assessment by Standard & Poor’s, the Company scored 57/100 in the 2021 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), well over the average of 17/100 in its industry. We reached the 91st percentile, ranking among the top 10% of the 185 companies assessed, and outperformed the industry for each of the three ESG dimensions assessed (Environment, Social, Governance & Economic).  

ISS and ISS ESG 

In 2021, the Group achieved ISS ESGPRIME” status for the second time. The Company reached also the ISSBEST-in-CLASS” status and received the ISS QualityScore – the highest rating awarded by ISS – for both its Environmental and its Social Performance. 

ISS ESG (formerly Oekom Research) is the non-financial rating agency of ISS (Institutional Shareholder Services), a leading proxy advisor company. According to ISS ESG, companies are categorized as “PRIME” if they achieve/exceed the minimum sustainability performance requirements defined for a specific industry (absolute best-in-class approach) in the ISS ESG Corporate Rating, and “PRIME” companies are those that rank among the global sustainability leaders in their industry. 

EcoVadis 

After receiving Gold Medal accolades from EcoVadis for the past three consecutive years (2018 – 2020), the Group has earned in 2021 its first PLATINUM Medal, the highest rating awarded, and now ranks among the Top 1% of companies in its sector.  

Our sustainability performance was rated “Advanced” in all four categories assessed – Environment, Labor and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement – with an overall score of 76/100 for our structured and proactive approach to sustainable development, our commitment, tangible actions and results. 

Gaïa Research – Ethifinance 

Our ranking assessed by Ethifinance, an independent European sustainability rating, research and advisory firm, has steadily improved over the past years. The Group is now ranked since 2019 among the top companies within a panel of 390 companies. In 2020, the Group was ranked # 1. In 2021, we reached an overall ESG score of 89/100, largely outperforming the average benchmark. 

Vigeo Eiris (Moody’s ESG Solutions) 

Vigeo Eiris, a CSR rating and research agency acquired by Moody’s, evaluates companies’ integration of social, environmental and governance factors into their strategies, operations and management. In 2018, the Group was ranked “TOP PERFORMER” in the software-IT services industry worldwide with an overall ESG score of 68/100. 

GRI Standards: Comprehensive option 

Since 2014, the Group has structured its economic, environmental and social reporting according to the GRI Standards, a worldwide reporting framework on sustainability, and provides exhaustive non-financial information and disclosures to stakeholders in its Sustainability report. This report has been prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards: Comprehensive option, including a GRI Content Index that lists all reported GRI Standards and Disclosures.  

GRI Disclosure labels are included in both our Universal Registration Document and in our Sustainability report, to help readers locate information and for more control over the transparency, comparability, quality and accountability of the Group’s sustainability data.

Fairness and Transparency of CSR Information 

The Company’s Board of Directors is responsible for preparing a Statement pursuant to legal and regulatory provisions. The Statement, prepared by applying the Company’s procedures (the “Guidelines”), includes: 

The Company has appointed one of its Statutory Auditors, as independent third party, to report on the consolidated non-financial statement presented in the Group management report pursuant to the legal and regulatory provisions of Articles L. 225-102-1, R. 225-105 and R. 225-105-1 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce). 

Based on the work performed by the Statutory Auditor, the non-financial statement complies with applicable regulatory provisions and the Information, taken as a whole, is fairly presented in accordance with the Guidelines and Company’s procedures.
