About the course

The 12-week FX for VFX Partnership Program Course delivers a thorough educational journey tailored to immerse students in the complexities of effects across visual effects and animation workflows. Through meticulously crafted video tutorials and mentorship from industry experts and accredited instructors, participants will master the craft of effect creation.

Upon finishing the course, students will possess the expertise required to pursue production opportunities in VFX, Animation, and Games.

Recommended skills

Basic understanding of Houdini
Basic knowledge of Attributes and Groups: need to understand how attribute data flows and groups help
Basic knowledge of POP: need to know how to control particles
Basic understanding of VEX and VOP: to use scripting and visual scripting
Basic understanding of Rigid body (bullet) systems: destruction with constraints
Basic understanding of Pyro solver: explosion and fire, dust
Basic understanding of Flip solver: water
Good presentation skills, with an eye for physics
