How long have you been at Technicolor and how did you get into your role?

I have been at MPC/Technicolor for 18 months – I started as a recruiter, and then got promoted to supervisor and then promoted into Team Lead.

Your favorite experience since being here?

I really enjoyed going to BFX Festival in Stuttgart last year, was an amazing experience to meet and greet future talent and people already in the industry.

What’s your favorite thing about this time of year, fondest memory or something that brings you joy?

I really enjoy my role in finding new talent for the company and talking to and working with some super talented people.

What have you learnt this year that you’ll take with you in 2023?

I had learnt a lot about my own capabilities and passions, personally and in the company, last year and I’m super grateful for the promotions and hard work. I would love to continue to flourish and grow within Technicolor and take that into 2023.

And what one thing do you want to pick up or stop doing?

I would like to leave procrastination in 2022 and develop and learn more about the Business.

Spread some festive joy by calling out someone in your team who deserves the recognition and why

I would like to thank Christina Zervous for being an amazing super supportive Manager 😊
